1. Consultation and Analytical Services

• Hourly & Fixed Consultations: Fees for completed 1-on-1 dedicated sessions, Real Estate Consultation hours, or specialized Market Analysis Reports are non-refundable, as they involve customized, real-time hours delivered by our executive specialists.

• Rescheduling: If you need to postpone a scheduled consultation or open house hosting event, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will gladly reschedule your session to a preferable time slot at no extra charge.

2. Subscription & Retainer Packages

• Retainer Fees (e.g., Personalized Home Search): Retainer fees secure our agent resource hours and access to exclusive off-market properties. If no active sourcing work has begun within 48 hours of booking, a 100% refund can be requested.

• Property Management Contracts: Contracts structured on a monthly percentage can be terminated or paused based on the dynamic terms agreed upon in your custom legal lease/management blueprint, requiring a standard written notice.

3. Refund Processing

In cases where a refund is formally approved by our finance desk:

• The refund will be credited back via the original payment route chosen during billing (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Direct Bank Transfer).

• Standard processing times range between 3 to 7 business days depending on network or bank routing channels.
